NIA, Nreservi's travel assistant: what it does and how to use it
Published on 28 October 2026 · Nreservi teamNIA is Nreservi's assistant. You write to it the way you would write to a travel agent: "a hotel in Oran this weekend for two, not too expensive". It runs the search, compares the options and answers with today's prices. Here is everything it can do, where to find it, and what happens next, right up to your voucher.
What does NIA do? NIA runs on the same engine as nreservi.com. It can:
- search hotels in Algeria, Tunisia, Turkey, Europe and beyond, with today's prices for your dates and party size;
- search flights departing from Algeria;
- offer transfers (airport, hotel) and local experiences;
- compare several hotels and tell you which one best matches what you asked for (budget, beach, city centre, full board…);
- answer practical questions: board basis, cancellation terms, payment, documents.
It does not replace our team: it prepares the request, and our advisors confirm availability and price before any payment.
Which languages? NIA answers in **English**, **French**, **Arabic** and **Algerian darija**. You can mix languages, as people do every day: it adapts. Its darija improves every week from real conversations.

On the website, the first 10 messages are free of any sign-up. After that, a free customer profile (name and phone or e-mail) lets you continue with up to 80 messages a day and keep your searches.
Using NIA from ChatGPT If you already use ChatGPT, you can add NIA to it:
- Open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings and turn on developer mode.
- Go back to Apps & Connectors and click Create.
- Name: Nreservi NIA; URL: https://mcp.nreservi.tech/mcp; authentication: none.
- In a chat, click +, then More, and pick Nreservi NIA.
Developer mode is only available on paid ChatGPT plans. In a Business or Enterprise workspace, the admin has to allow it.
Using NIA from Claude 1. Open **Customize → Connectors**, then **+ Add → Custom connector**. 2. Name: **Nreservi NIA**; remote MCP server URL: **https://mcp.nreservi.tech/mcp**; no sign-in required. 3. In a chat, click **+ → Connectors** and turn on **Nreservi NIA**.
Custom connectors work on every Claude plan (one custom connector on the free plan). In a Team or Enterprise workspace, the organisation owner adds it.
After the search: booking, payment, voucher 1. You pick an offer with NIA. 2. A Nreservi advisor **checks availability and price** with the hotel or supplier, then contacts you. 3. You pay **in Algerian dinars**: bank transfer, CCP deposit or cash at our Algiers office. From abroad, **online card payment** goes through our foreign partner. 4. You receive your **voucher** by e-mail or WhatsApp.
No international bank card is needed to book from Algeria.

Frequently asked questions **Is NIA free?** Yes. You only pay for your booking.
Are NIA's prices reliable? They are today's prices from the Nreservi engine. An advisor confirms them before payment, because a hotel can change its rate or fill up.
Can NIA make mistakes? Like any assistant, yes. That is why an advisor validates every booking.
