Terms and conditions of sale

1. Seller

Services are sold by Nreservi, travel agency, 116 boulevard Colonel Krim Belkacem, Telemly, Algiers — [TO FILL: company name, trade register, tax number, travel agency licence].

Card payments are collected by NRESERVI FZCO — [TO FILL: licence number and address].

2. Booking request

Sending the form is a booking REQUEST, not a confirmed booking. Our team checks availability and price with the hotel or supplier and contacts you. The booking is final only after our written confirmation and receipt of payment.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in Algerian dinars (DZD), taxes included unless stated otherwise. Some local taxes may be payable at the hotel and are shown in the offer details. If the price changes before confirmation, we tell you first and you may decline.

4. Payment

Payment in dinars: [TO FILL]. Card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) is charged in euros at the official exchange rate on a secure payment page; Nreservi stores no card data. If the hotel cannot confirm the room after payment, you are refunded in full.

5. Cancellation and changes

Each offer shows its cancellation terms (refundable with the free cancellation deadline, or non-refundable) before you send the request. Late cancellation, no-show or early departure may be charged under the offer terms. Refunds are made with the original payment method within [TO FILL] working days after the supplier's agreement.

6. Flights and travel documents

Air tickets follow the airline's rules. Passengers' names must match their passports. Passports, visas and entry rules are the traveller's responsibility; information on the site is indicative.

7. Liability and contact
